Dallas (DGC Zanadu Dallas of BumbleBe - Lilac Point)
|
Dallas was a gorgeous lilac point female that came to us from Susan Gibson of Zanadu
Birmans in Ontario, Canada. (Thanks, Susan - We love her!) Dallas had a thick, silky
soft coat you couldn't resist touching. And she purred every time you do. She also
had good ears, a nice profile, and a marvelous 'feel' to her body and boning. Dallas
finished her show career as a TICA Double Grand Champion and retired to make
babies for us. Unfortunately, because of the need for repeat cesarean deliveries, she
was spayed and placed as a pet. Fortunately, she gave me her beautiful and sweet
daughter Evie to keep in her place. Dallas lived for two years after her retirement
with my friend Sharon in Las Vegas. Sadly she crossed the Rainbow Bridge in May
2009. Both Sharon & I still miss her . . . rest well my sweet girl.
Dallas at one month old - What a cutie!!! I wanted her
already!
One of our homemade photo shoots, May 2006. She posed like a pro for pics we were getting for the Orange show in
June. Don't let that angelic look fool you!
One of the next pics Susan sent me. Guess who's Pretty relaxed for a first-time show girl. She let Carey
looking straight at the camera! have the cube all to himself for a nap. He needed one
after trying to keep up with the new kitten in his cage!
Why put the toys in the basket? So the bad kitten can
take them out, of course!
Charlotte, THANK YOU!!!! for the wonderful birthday gift of these pictures. You're the best!

Dallas showing off her 'budda belly' just a couple days
before her new babies arrived. She was a VERY round little
girl! Babies (2 girls and 1 boy) are safely here and thriving.
