Our Girls
The 'Queen Bees' so to speak!
Our girls are our much treasured pets, as much as they are breeding queens.  With the
exception of immediately prior to delivery and while their babies are too young to mix
with the rest of our 'zoo' our girls live with us as our pampered darlings, ruling the
house with their iron 'mommy paws' in white velvet fur gloves.  (Mommies and new
babies get their own 'kittenening room' AKA our den, where no other animals are
allowed, and the babies come out to mix with our other pets, once they've had their
first shots.)  They sleep with us, lounge with us while we're hanging out, pester me in
the office, beg in the kitchen, and generally rule the roost.  Here's our beautiful girls.

Dore, a gorgeous blue
tortie, stayed with us out of
my first "BumbleBe" litter,
and I am very proud of her.
 She's recently finished up
a successful show career
and will hopefully soon be
Bumblebe's for me.  (Photo

    Eclaire

Claire is co-owned by Charlotte Shea
of Starghatts Birmans, but is back
here with me, as I desperately needed
a seal point to breed back into my
lines.  Claire is adorable and has
finished her show career as a Triple
Grand Champion.  Claire has proven to
be as great a mommy as she is pretty!

My first home grown lynx point, 'Froggie' is Evie's
daughter, sired out of Manny (IW SGC BirmnsRUs
Immanual Allelulia) the beautiful blue lynx point who
belonged to my mentor Sharon, and now lives with her
partner Ann Hoehn.  Ann was generous enough to
allow me a breeding to Manny, and Fancy is the
treasure we got from it.  She is an adorable little
girl, sweet as mommy, and beautifully marked,
including lynxing, just like her dad.  Shown here at
just under four months old, Froggie is now a TICA
Quadruple Grand Champion, and will be finishing her
show career this summer, as she is ready to be a
mommy.  (Photo by Helmi)

'Cha, whose name means "welcome" in Gaelic, and is
pronounced "fall-cha", comes to us from Susan Gibson of
Zanadu Birmans in Canada.  Pictured here at six months
old, she is an absolutely lovely little lilac girl, with
stunning blue eyes and a great body.  'Cha has taken a
stunning blue eyes and a great body.  'Cha has taken a
break from showing to consider mommyhood for us!
Thanks so much to Susan for allowing me to have another
of her wonderful cats!  (Photo by Helmi)

"Livvie" - Lilac Point Female
Livvie is a lilac point sweetie out of
Causey and Coco, and when she barrelled
meowed at me to be picked up and started
to purr, I knew she wasn't going anywhere.
Happily, she's also a gorgeous example of
perfect markings, a very solid body type
and super sweet purrsonality.  She
finished the show year as TICA's 14th
best Birman kitten, even though she was
only six months old at the conclusion of the
2008-09 show season.  We look forward
to Livvie continuing to wow judges as an
adult in the new show year!

"Desi" is my 'payback' kitty from Charlotte,
and what a deal I got!  Desi is sweet as pie,
and has absolutely wonderful type and
personality.  She is joining our breeding
program, and I am SO excited to see what an
asset she will prove to be.  Thanks, Char!
More on Desi soon.
