The Beekeepers . . .We humans exist
merely to serve the needs of the hive!
We hope you enjoy these pics of our small, looney, loving family.
Our family consists of me, my husband Steve, and my son Thomas, and all our furkids.
(Steve has stopped calling him 'Boomerang' as we THINK he has moved out for good
this time!)  We live in south Texas, were we were transferred from San Antonio
several years ago.  A good thing for me, as I had lived here before and was happy to
move back closer to my parents.  Sort of culture shock for my city boy husband though
- Dallas is a LONG way (in more ways than one) from our small city!  We've got a
whole passel of fur kids that we couldn't love more if we had birthed 'em ourselves.
Folks think we're nuts (and I'm fairly sure they're going to name the new wing at the
Vet's office after me) but we derive immense satisfaction from all our four legged
children.  And ya know, not one of them has ever asked for the car keys . . . .

One of the greatest things about the move is that it's allowed me the opportunity and
privilege to work with breeding Birmans.  Here's hoping you have the opportunity to
bring one of these special cats into your life very soon!
Smiles,
Leslie

Once upon a time, I was a flight nurse.  The most fun you can have with your clothes on, if you like blood, guts and
adrenaline! I worked for Citizens Medevac One and San Antonio Airlife.  Life's tamer these days, but no less
interesting! Now I have the luxury of working from home so I get to see the furkids all day, every day.  Heaven!
Steve and I try to attend the Texas RenFest
every year.
